Thank you for shopping at CraftsByBianca. Because each of our plushies, keychains, and accessories is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail, we maintain clear guidelines regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping.

1. All Sales Final

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of handmade crochet products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please carefully review product descriptions, photos, and dimensions before placing your order.

2. Handmade Variations

Every item at CraftsByBianca is hand-stitched with love. Because of the individual crafting process:

  • Minor variations in size, stitch appearance, or facial feature placement may occur compared to listing photos.

  • Colors may vary slightly in person depending on your screen/monitor display settings and yarn dye lot batches.

  • These unique variations are a natural signature of handcrafted amigurumi and do not constitute defects or damages.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every item safely. If your package arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@craftsbybianca.com within 48 hours of carrier delivery confirmation.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item along with the original packaging.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement (subject to material availability) or store credit.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Requests to cancel an order must be submitted via email to info@craftsbybianca.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellations can no longer be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3 to 5 business days, unless noted as a custom or pre-order item.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. CraftsByBianca is not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.

  • Carrier Delays & Loss: Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), CraftsByBianca is not responsible for carrier transit delays, weather disruptions, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
